Rebecca’s Cakes started life as Vanilla Kitchen Catering back in 2006. Vanilla Kitchen Catering provided Dinner Party and Buffet Catering at an affordable price. I was making fresh desserts and cakes for these events and soon noticed from my enquiries that there was a gap in the market for a company selling fresh homemade cakes.

Rebecca’s Cakes was born three months later. My goal was simple – to bake cakes freshly to order that not only tasted great, but looked good. It was around the same time that I knew I wanted to create cakes that those with restricted diets could enjoy – we have gained quite a reputation for these alone.

For promotion during my first year, I decided to try my luck with a cake stall at the Enfield Autumn Town Show. From that day Rebecca’s Cakes has quickly established a large and varied client base for which I am truly grateful for!
